Like most gifts I discovered Reiki by accident when I had my first session 8 years ago. I flew out of that massage room like an Angel on wings. At the same time, I had a successful Pet Care business doing over night sits, dog training and pet nutrition.

Reiki was extremely beneficial when I was on my spiritual/healing journey, which really never ends. I walked through my own fears, my boyfriends prostate cancer, childhood abuse and trauma. Not to mention all the many challenges life has to offer us in a lifetime. Most peope take the Reiki 1 class to do Reiki on themselves and take responsibility for their own healing. It goes on from there!

It became obvious to me that the pets in my care were trying to tell me things at times. I could hear them say things like 'I’m not feeling so hot', 'I'm sad', 'need to go to the vet'. I wanted to heal them but how? Enters Reiki, turns out the two go hand in hand. Animals LOVE this positive light energy. They receive it more freely than humans and don't need so much at times either. Horses in particular soak up this love and light.

I then studied and started having more Reiki sessions. Took my classes and Eight years later I am now a Reiki Master Teacher, healing the world one person and one paw at a time. I love what Reiki can do for the planet and mankind. I believe now more than ever we are here to teach, help one another and start healing. I consider it an honor and privilege to do my part!
